People from over 50 countries visited Calgary during this year's stampede, but now that it's over, what's left for tourism in the city?
According to the president of Tourism Calgary, tonnes!
Randy Williams says he's hoping the royal visit gets more people here to find out.
He says this weekend's Folk Festival is just one example of a Calgary event tourists can take in.
"We've got four or five events every week happening in Calgary that people can enjoy," he says.
Williams is hopeful the city sees a boost in visitors thanks to the visit of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
"It's going to be a boost for our awareness levels, which, then, we need to translate into sells, and entice them to book Calgary because they see something here they'd like to follow up on," says Williams.
He says the international media exposure was like getting free commercial time on televisions around the world.
Williams says Tourism Calgary is working with the provincial and federal governments, and through social media, to keep the wave of tourists coming.
